Is there a way to private message on Chromforum.org?

I would like to ask a few questions of a specific member who has similar equipment as in my laboratory.

No but if they are prepared to be contacted you can at least look at their profile and they may have posted an e-mail adress or a web site via which you can approach them

If you look at the poll results (top post), there was not a lot of support for enabling private messaging. One of the major reasons for *not* doing it is that I want to encourage *public* discussion so that we can all learn from one another's experiences. Members who wish to be contacted can always put their email address in their signatures.
