I am running Windows XP SP3 on a Dell 755 and install the software without any errors. When starting the Chromeleon Server Monitor it says the Chromeleon Server is Starting but get the following error. CmMon Could not start CmDriver: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion. In the event viewer I did see the following error also: The Chromeleon Driver service depends on the following nonexistent service: HardLock. Has anyone run into this issue and is there a fix. The software version I am running is: 6.50 SP1. Thank you for your help.
Hi,

The Hardlock is required to allow Chromeleon to run and is essentially a driver for your license dongle.

In your case, it appears that it has not been installed (or installed correctly).

You should be able to find the necessary driver on your installation disk within the "Drivers" directory.

Hope this helps.
