empower citrix server problems with copying eg. sample set

we've got Empower 3 network (citrix server) and appeared a problem to copy sample set into a cloned project - it last even few hours and not always end with success. My IT department insistently affirm that it's not problem with server. Had onyone such a problem? Or know how to solve it, any ideas?? Please help

The first three things I would consider:

1) Does the new project have enough table space to receive the copied sample set?
2) Does the person who is trying to copy the project belong to a user group that has privileges to copy from project to project?
3) Does the sample set that you're trying to copy have a number of custom fields that the new project doesn't have yet?
