How can I set solvent delay with Masslynx software?

I cannot find the solvent delay setting in MassLynx. I assume it would be in Inlet method but I did not see the option to set solvent delay anywhere. Am I missing something?

It is hidden in the MS method and preocedure is dependent on the MS you use.
For the Xevo-TQS, go to Options -> method events and set the time points you need (very awkward).
For the Quattro Ultime, it is accessible in Options -> Solvent delay (don't forget to check "enable divert valve".
Good luck!

Just a precision: if I am not mistaken, "solvent delay" in Masslynx implies that the flow still enters the mass spec but there is no acquisition. I prefer the option "flow state" which enables you to truly divert the flow to the waste and avoid unwanted contamination of your source and further.
