Hello all, would anyone be able to shed light on how to achieve linearity with Gluruonide analytes? Do they act special in any way? We can't get the points to line up right. We did before and now it's not working. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Under the assumption that this is an LC-MS analysis: often the detector response relation to concentration is not linear, but quadratic. For large ranges of concentration, you might want to apply curve weighting.

So this is what to expect from this forum huh? What sorts of topics actually get the most hits? I'm assuming then this is for like total noobs, what a waste..
