Dear people,

Could someone provide me some way to detect DMSO with a DBWAX column with dimensions of 30m x 0.32mm x 0.25um?
I have already tried several methods, but I can not get even a small signal...

Thanks! :)
A detail: is headspace...
Need a few details.

What concentration of DMSO do you anticipate?
    What is your detector?
What are your column conditions (temperature program, flow rates, etc)?

To quote Rod's law, the more you don't tell me, the more I can't help you.
