Please help.
I am analyzing Triethylene glycol sample for purity, I inject into the GC against standard and water content analyzed by Karl Fischer instrument.
My question is reporting of the result do I first normalize the GC result, then subtract the water result from 100% and finally renormalize the GC result for reporting.
Thank you.
Hello.
Imho assay, % = purity, % * (100 - water, %) / 100.
Best regards,
