Peaksimple GC-FID upsidedown chromatogram

My peaks are in the negative mV. I know the chromatogram is upside down completely because all the peaks are negative. I think its the peaksimple software. Please share any info you got on this.. Thanks for the assistance.

I don't know your specific hardware configuration, but you may check whether your detector allows to change the polarization of the output signal.

If you have cable from GC (signal output) to your PC (or signal converter) try to swap wires to change polarity - check manual for configuration.

The polarity was swticed as suggested. I just switched the two wires on the data system. Thanks for the assistance.
