I need an Agilent 19242-60500 cable, used connect the 19257A (RS-232c) board to a computer. The pin-outs for the RS-232c cable are found here, on page 36:

However, I don't have the 12-pin connector that plugs into the board. Anyone know where I could find one of these?
Not sure of the specific one you are looking for but you could try http://www.digikey.com. Agilent is one of their larger customers and you may be able to find the connector they provide Agilent. Their tech support people are also very knowledgeable and may be able to help track down a part if you can explain it over the phone.
