Hi everybody,

I'm currently trying to optimize a method for the analysis of explosive materials (TNT, DNT, etc.) in GC. I prepare solutions in Acetonitrile, given that commercial explosive mixes are generally available in this solvent. Do you have experience with Acetontirile as carrier solvent for liquid injection in GC? Could it cause repeatibility problems or should it work fine?

Thanks
Should be fine. I've used and and seen it used for various methods (including any acrylamide method).
