Hi I'm having some issues with Waters HPLC (515 pump) where it seems to be not communicating with the Empower software.
Even though the flow rate has been set up from the software, the instrument will not function and will only do so by manually entering the flow rate on the instrument. But the main problem is that it will give the error message "system idle" and won't start the run.
It would be much appreciated if you could share some tips and give advice on how to overcome this problem.
