Hello,

In the last months my HPLC from Agilent is displaying a message showing "Fatal Error movement". We have align it several times and the problem continues. At this time I do not know what is happening ! When we leave a blank line in the Autosampler between samples the grip is able to grab the samples and everything runs without problem.
Any thoughts of what could be happening ?
It may be because of motor overheat , and need to be replaced.
sounds like it may need a new transport assembly. not too difficult to replace, but expensive. the whole assembly comes with the motor
you could try a cold start as a last ditch effort. also lubricate the rails in case
there is resistance on certain movements which could be triggering the error
