Help! I cant figure this one out...
During the initialization of the injection, the needle shoots downward into the needle seat and then immediately I get "Error, obstruction, please remove obstruction. (the arm does not even make it to the vial tray area)
This was after I performed a needle alignment with the alignment kit. I ran the "reset" command, but I still cannot make an injection. I do not see any visible obstruction, I think it may be the needle height is incorrect, but when I try to change it in the commands section, nothing works.
Any ideas?
