Hi,

I have been having trouble with the detector in a Waters HPLC. Basically, the 3V battery went dead, so I replaced it, and the nodes under configuration are giving me two addresses for the detector (one @14 - correct, and one @ 4 -incorrect, that I cant remove!).
This results in an instrument failure, and I cant see a signal as a result.

Any ideas to resolve this would be appreciated!

Barbara
Hello

2487 Detector is configured with address @4 by default. To change the default, you need to access the Configuration screens (from detector keypad).

Then you need to reboot 2487 and PC/Node

Thank you very much!
That resolved the issue.
