Hello everyone, I work with ELSD detector recently (conjugate with HPLC system), unfortunetly I don't have enought experience. I've one problem during the work. I seperate two substances, that shoud have two another signal. Unfortunelty, I see two double signals with low resolution and I don't know why. Substances are stable, one of them I can see using UV detector. I use Sedex ELSD with flow 1,0 ml/min. Thanks for any ideas (;
Hello

What do you mean by "double signals"?

Do you mean peaks?

If you expect quick and clear answer you should describe problem with more details...Please send information about:
-method (parameters)
-detectors (parameters)
-paste chromatogram with "problematic" run

Otherwise it is like swimming in the ocean...
